Percept 97D
A flexible, dense-patterned control frame — 18x20 in a 97 head at around 320g, with a genuinely low stiffness rating. The result is unusual dwell time and a plush, deeply connected impact: you feel the ball compress. Expect superb touch, slice and precision, a low launch, and a real requirement to swing. It gives back nothing on a short swing and everything on a full one.
Choosing between them
Frames in one family share a construction story but not a playing character — head size, pattern and swingweight move the numbers above far more than the marketing does.
